DESCRIPTION:Smokey Trail Bandits are bringing their unique blend of blues\, rock\, and outlaw country to Prairie Dog Brewing on April 18th. The band’s live performances are a mix of powerful rock\, gritty old school country\, and dynamic soulful blues. They craft their sound by drawing from the influences of legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan\, Willie Nelson\, and Chris Stapleton. \nFronted by Gabrial Morris\, who’s live experience and stage presence are a driving force of the band. Joining him are Cody Anstey\, an award-winning drummer with a deep history in blues and heavy metal. On lead guitar is Tyler Boutin\, an incredible blues player whose blistering solos and technical precision make him an essential part of the band’s unique sound. Completing the lineup on bass and backing vocals is Nathen MacDonald\, a naturally talented\, self-taught multi-instrumentalist. \nCurrently\, the band is hard at work in the studio crafting their first EP under the Smokey Trail Bandits name\, set to release later in 2025. The chemistry between these musicians is undeniable\, having formed after years of collaboration both in the studio and on the road.
