Beer Ingredients and the Brewing Process: Discover the four main beer ingredients, their uses, varieties, and flavour descriptors. Learn about the brewing process, its main steps, and key additions that influence the final product.

Beer History and Styles: Explore a range of beer styles, their origins, and distinctive notes. Understand the balance considerations and key differences between ales and lagers.

Beer Evaluation and Tasting: Master core quantitative and qualitative tasting measures, sensory techniques, and how to interpret a flavour wheel.

Beer Keeping and Serving: Learn about the enemies of beer and how to avoid them. Perfect your pouring skills, understand why glassware matters, and get tips on beer clean glass methodology, pouring techniques, and temperature considerations.
