Live On Stage: Almost Famous Band

The Almost Famous Band consists of Lorn Doiron and his backing band of two multi-instrumentalists: Howard MacKay and Barry Corbett.

Together they have created a popular, Alberta-based band that specializes in country rockabilly and Tulsa blues. They are heavily influenced by Johnny Cash, JJ Cale, Towns Van Zant, and Elvis. After the major success of his previous releases, Lorn Doiron is back in the studio currently recording several original songs that reflect Alberta and the Western way of life.
