You do this by diving into EKOS Order Hub – the go-to for licensee ordering! Built by EKOS and Shopify, it’s the trusted system for breweries worldwide. Your Order Hub account opens doors to not only Prairie Dog Brewing but also other wholesale licensees. If you’re in our delivery area, cut down on email hassles and enjoy swift, one-click ordering with the easy interface of Ekos Order Hub! 🚚🍻

Step 1: Get invited
  • Contact a sales rep to request Order Hub access
  • Look for an invitation link in your email inbox
  • Set a password and fill in your profile
  • Bookmark the page so you can re-order anytime!

Step 2: Build Your Order
  • Use Order Hub’s easy interface to build and customize your order
  • Submit your order before 12 PM on Wednesday for delivery that week
  • Items marked as “Pre-Order” are kegs filled on-demand, or new product launches, as applicable

Step 3: Receive & Pay Your Invoice
  • We will confirm your order and send you an invoice
  • Pay by email money transfer, EFT, or the AGLC
  • We require payment before delivery, so ensure that payment is submitted or processed before delivery

Step 4: Receive Your Delivery
  • Deliveries are scheduled on Fridays from 10 am – 4 pm
  • Re-order ahead of time to ensure the beer keeps flowing!
